let me start seeing all of ourselves as Leaders not as they're all in the same area but in different areas it makes her school better for kids and that's turn the bottom line and so the more we can tap into the genius and Leadership of others the better each teachers and Power served in a school-wide leadership role has an instructional Focus their things like PLC and our community leadership role would involve things making part of the PTA we also have been assigned and assessment coach and an instructional coach both are full-time classroom teachers that take on Edition leadership responsibilities such as working with our teachers to ensure that our PLC process runs smoothly assisting our teachers and having data discussions they have coaching conversations with all levels of teachers and they provide solid feedback removing an assessment coach is especially important because I get to work with other Grail promoting and respectful culture we can develop a growth mindset handle a student data and the connections between current teacher practices and student outcomes pictures are experts when I can come together as a group and feel comfortable and confident sharing their knowledge with each other actually serving each other in turn that service through their building their leadership skills within my own grade level I have a very strong community that includes a respectful and judgment to a free community work on several key strategies with my teeth including teacher practices evaluation and quality instruction to help improve student achievement and growth when you go to conferences that are outside of your District would really give an opportunity to do is collaborate and experience so many other styles outside of what your district is doing you can bring that back to your District the district gross rationally the teachers are able to implement so many new strategies into the classroom and ultimately the kids are the ones who get the benefit there I was able to set up an observation with our new and teasing teachers teachers were able to go outside of their classroom and go visit other teachers who may or may not teach the same subject they were able to look for streets and weaknesses tell me lies and really were excited about it just another few reference benefit me because this is new all new to me and I saw the strata that she did I'm very very effective she made me feel comfortable in my transition she gave me confidence that I can do this job at a high pace and I'm just really thankful for her because she didn't have to do what she did but she gave me lesson plans he gave tools Games ideas inside of the kids what they like what they dislike and first I was feel overwhelmed but after going in the classroom I feel I can really accomplished but I need to Compass
